Das Team des Horseparks by Sprehe in Fürth/Deutschland ist schon verstärkt worden, aber wir sind aktuell noch auf der Suche nach einem Head Groom.
Das Anforderungsprofil:
Das Pferdewohl steht im Mittelpunkt in allen Phasen des Arbeitens.
Eigenständiges Management der Aufgaben, die mit den Turnieren zusammenhängen.
Dazu zählen:
- Vor- und Nachbereitung des Turniereinsatzes
- Hintransport zum Turnier und Rücktransport
- Alle Arbeiten am Turnier – inklusive der Organisation der Abläufe und Betreuung von Reiterin und Pferde
-Eventuell Zusammenarbeit mit „assistance groom“
- gesundheitliche Betreuung der Pferde
Sie sollten mitbringen:
- Spaß und Freude im Umgang mit Pferden in allen Situationen
- Engagement,Selbstständigkeit und Erfahrung über mehrere Jahre
- Teamfähigkeit im kleinen Team
- Zuverlässigkeit & Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sprache entweder deutsch oder englisch oder französisch
- CE - Führerschein
Wir bieten:

- Arbeitszeiten wären vorwiegend am Turnier bzw. nach Absprache und Vereinbarung
- Überproportionales Gehalt bei entsprechender Qualifikation
- Weiteres Personal zur Hilfe würde zur Verfügung stehen. Bei Bedarf auch am Turnier.
- Wohnung vor Ort ist vorhanden. Schöne, moderne 60m² Wohnung mit WLAN. Stadtnah in schöner Lage neben Golfplatz.
- Ein Auto wird gestellt.

The team of Horsepark by Sprehe in Fürth / Germany has already been strengthened, but we are currently looking for a head groom.
The requirement Profile:
The horse wellfare is at the center of all phases of working.
Independent management of the tasks related to the shows.
These include:
- Preparation and follow-up of the tournament
- Transport to and from the show
- All work on the show- including the organization of the processes and care of rider and horses
- Maybe cooperation with another "groom"
- health care of the horses
You should bring:
- Fun and joy in dealing with horses in all situations
- Commitment, independence and experience over several years
- Teamwork in a small team
- Reliability & responsibility
- Language either German or English or French
- CE driving license
We offer:

- Working hours would be mainly at the tournament or by further agreement

- Additional staff to help would be available. If necessary also at the tournament.
